How we can
work together

CRM Audit and Cleanup

Whatever CRM your company runs, the problems are the same. Duplicate records, automations nobody can explain, fields that stopped being filled in two years ago, and a team that quietly works around the system. I have untangled that at 450+ seats. You get a written findings doc and a prioritized fix list.

Fractional Marketing Ops

I run the stack. Platform administration, integrations, lifecycle campaigns, lead routing, and monthly reporting leadership can actually read. For teams that need a director and cannot justify a full time hire.

Monthly retainer, month to month

Paid Media Management

Meta campaign strategy, build, and optimization. Ad spend goes direct to the platform, never through me.

Monthly retainer plus ad spend

Not sure which one fits? Book the call and I will tell you straight.

Paint Protection Pros

Live
Problem

Vehicle owners are asked to make an expensive protection decision before they can find a clear, trustworthy explanation.

Idea

Start with honest education about ceramic coating and PPF, then make the right next step easier to see.

LeagueHUB

Prototype
Problem

Families can spend hours piecing together basic information about leagues, seasons, ages, and locations.

Idea

Create a simpler starting point for finding the right youth sports league without already knowing where to look.

ToyFlip website hero

ToyFlip

Live
Problem

Parents know outgrown toys have value, but identifying, pricing, and listing them is too much work.

Idea

Use a quick scan to turn toy clutter into a clear listing and a new adventure for the money it creates.

How I work

Different products.
Same discipline.

The work usually follows a simple pattern. Not because the problems are simple. Because the path from curiosity to a useful first version should be.

The build philosophy

Find the friction.Simplify the experience.Build the solution.Ship it.
01

NOTICE THE FRICTION

I pay attention to moments where customers are confused, businesses are using outdated processes, or something feels harder than it should.

02

FIND THE BUSINESS

A frustrating experience is not automatically a business. I look for the customer, buyer, pain, distribution path, and reason someone would pay.

03

BUILD THE SIMPLE VERSION

Start with the smallest experience that solves the actual problem. Avoid feature bloat and unnecessary complexity.

04

SHIP AND LEARN

Get something real into people's hands. Feedback from actual users is more valuable than another month of theorizing.

About Nick

20+ years of marketing experience.
Now I build the things I used to wish existed.

My path has moved from marketing to CRM, automation, customer experience, product, and AI-enabled building. Working inside businesses taught me that the product is only part of the problem. Positioning, acquisition, experience, monetization, retention, and distribution matter too.
