I run the stack. Platform administration, integrations, lifecycle campaigns, lead routing, and monthly reporting leadership can actually read. For teams that need a director and cannot justify a full time hire.
Monthly retainer, month to month
Meta campaign strategy, build, and optimization. Ad spend goes direct to the platform, never through me.

Shipped solo, start to finish. Same systems thinking I bring to client work.
Automotive authority platform. Vehicle owners are asked to make an expensive protection decision before they can find a clear, trustworthy explanation. Start with honest education about ceramic coating and PPF, then make the right next step easier to see.
Youth sports discovery. Families can spend hours piecing together basic information about leagues, seasons, ages, and locations. Create a simpler starting point for finding the right youth sports league without already knowing where to look.
AI resale for families. Parents know outgrown toys have value, but identifying, pricing, and listing them is too much work. Use a quick scan to turn toy clutter into a clear listing and a new adventure for the money it creates.
The work usually follows a simple pattern. Not because the problems are simple. Because the path from curiosity to a useful first version should be.
I pay attention to moments where customers are confused, businesses are using outdated processes, or something feels harder than it should.
A frustrating experience is not automatically a business. I look for the customer, buyer, pain, distribution path, and reason someone would pay.
Start with the smallest experience that solves the actual problem. Avoid feature bloat and unnecessary complexity.
Get something real into people's hands. Feedback from actual users is more valuable than another month of theorizing.
My path has moved from marketing to CRM, automation, customer experience, product, and AI-enabled building. Working inside businesses taught me that the product is only part of the problem. Positioning, acquisition, experience, monetization, retention, and distribution matter too.
Send me the situation. If I am not the right fit I will say so and point you somewhere better.
